What to include
- Your workspace name or organization slug.
- The email address used to sign in.
- The client you are using: ChatGPT, Claude, MCP Inspector, or another MCP client.
- The prompt or action that failed, plus any visible error message.
Deletion and exports
Workspace owners can request source deletion, workspace deletion, or an export of stored CompanyOS content by emailing support. We may verify workspace ownership before processing destructive requests.
Security
Report suspected cross-workspace data exposure, unexpected write behavior, OAuth problems, or leaked credentials to support@companyos.cc with "Security" in the subject.
Public app surface
The submitted ChatGPT app is a read-only MCP connector. It exposes CompanyOS Procedure, Procedure Template, and CompanyOS Knowledge read-only tools. Uploads and deletes happen in the CompanyOS web app.
